Kendra Wilkinson, the former reality TV star, has spoken candidly about hitting rock bottom and struggling with depression, panic attacks, and psychosis. The 38-year-old, who rose to fame at 18 as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends in the reality series The Girls Next Door, has spoken about how Playboy Mansion lifestyle and her partying habits contributed to her downward spiral. Wilkinson has been open about her struggles with depression, saying she “was dying of depression” and “hitting the end of my life” when she was admitted to hospital last year.

In an interview with People magazine, Wilkinson revealed that she was diagnosed with depression and was prescribed antipsychotic medication Abilify. She also began outpatient therapy three times a week. The reality TV star admitted that she had been trying to deal with her mental health issues on her own, but ultimately realized that she needed help.

I was giving up and I couldn’t find the light.” She also opened up about feeling like she wasn’t strong enough to live anymore and expressed her gratitude for her ex-husband, Hank Baskett, who drove her to the hospital when she hit rock bottom.

She is determined to teach her daughter that she is more than just her physical appearance and is currently pursuing a career in real estate to provide for her children.
