Two women allege that controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate raped and strangled them.

Additionally, a new allegation has emerged from another woman, who claims she was raped by Andrew Tate’s younger brother, Tristan Tate, who is also a well-known influencer with a large following.

The Tate brothers, aged 37 and 36, face charges in Romania related to human trafficking and forming an organized group to sexually exploit women.

Andrew Tate is also charged with rape. If convicted, they could face over ten years in prison, though they firmly deny the allegations against them.

Andrew Tate is currently under house arrest in Romania. Prosecutors are also evaluating new allegations against him, including engaging in sexual activity with a minor and trafficking underage individuals. Both brothers are being investigated for trafficking 34 additional women.

Two British women who are not part of the Romanian legal proceedings have provided detailed accounts of alleged rape and sexual violence by Andrew Tate.

These claims date back at least ten years, to when Tate was residing in Luton.

One woman, identified as “Anna” (a pseudonym), recounted an incident from 2013 when she went to Andrew Tate’s house after several dates.

According to Anna, Tate told her, “I’m just debating if I should rape you or not,” before violently attacking her.

She described how he forcibly grabbed her by the throat, threw her onto the bed, and raped her.

Following the attack, Anna reported receiving disturbing messages from Tate, including a voice note stating, “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it,” and a text reading, “I love raping you.”

Anna also mentioned that Tate tried to downplay the assault as a joke, saying, “Are you seriously so offended I strangled you a little bit?”

Anna reported the incident to Bedfordshire Police in 2014, and the case was subsequently taken over by Hertfordshire Police.

By 2019, the case file was sent to the Crown Prosecution Service, but no charges were filed due to insufficient evidence.

Another British woman, referred to as “Sienna,” shared a similar experience. She met Andrew Tate about a decade ago in Luton and had what she described as a “standard one-night stand.”

However, during a later encounter, Sienna alleged that Tate attacked her. She described how Tate put his hands around her throat during sex, leading her to struggle for air and lose consciousness.

When she regained consciousness, she claimed he continued to assault her. Sienna reported having a bloodshot eye afterward, a common sign of strangulation in abuse cases.

A friend of Sienna confirmed that she had spoken about the incident and showed him her eye injury. Sienna regretted not reporting the assault to the police.

In June last year, Tate denied ever strangling or engaging in non-consensual sex, stating, “I know I’ve never hurt anybody. It’s not in my nature to hurt people.”

Andrew Tate rose to online fame in the latter part of the last decade with misogynistic content on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

His videos propagated views on male dominance over women and claimed that women are “intrinsically lazy.”

The Tate brothers relocated to Romania around 2016, where they expanded their webcamming business, initially operated in Luton.

Romania is known for its large webcam industry, and the brothers reportedly saw significant success there.

Andrew Tate previously claimed to earn £400,000 per month from this business and that he employed 75 women at its peak. However, he later downplayed these claims, labeling them as exaggerations and falsehoods.

The criminal case against the Tates in Romania involves allegations of trafficking women into the country for exploitation.

Prosecutors assert that the brothers recruited women, arranged their transport, and provided housing in Bucharest for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

Two of the women named in the case file were allegedly trafficked from the UK.

A British woman, known as “Daisy” (a pseudonym), who worked for the Tates’ webcamming business, described a controlling environment.

She recounted that after breaking up with Tristan Tate, he forcibly raped her despite her repeated refusals.

Daisy has not reported this incident to the police, but a friend confirmed that Daisy discussed the rape with him and showed signs of distress and an injury.

The Tates’ legal challenges have intensified this year, with Bedfordshire Police initiating extradition proceedings against them on allegations of rape and human trafficking from 2012-2015, unrelated to the women interviewed.

Additionally, a civil case brought by Devon and Cornwall Police is set to determine if the Tates owe millions in unpaid taxes on their online businesses.

Sienna and Anna are suing Andrew Tate for rape and sexual assault, with their case scheduled for the High Court in London. Tate plans to contest these claims.

When asked about the latest allegations, he declined to comment but previously stated, “I look forward to the truth coming out. I look forward to the truth being blasted all over the BBC that Andrew Tate was found not guilty because I’ve never done anything wrong.”
